3.1 Refund Policy

All payments made to MAA Education are strictly non-refundable under normal circumstances.

Exceptions, if any, shall be:

• Granted solely at the discretion of management
• Processed within a reasonable timeframe if approved

3.2 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests may be considered only before course commencement
• Once access to course material, classes, or kits is provided, no cancellation will be entertained

3.3 Chargebacks & Disputes

Any fraudulent or unjustified chargeback or dispute raised by the user may result in:

• Immediate suspension of services
• Permanent restriction from future enrollments
• Legal action where applicable
